The much-loved The Nutcracker performed by Queensland Ballet is right on cue for Christmas as it has become a seasonal tradition in Brisbane.

Featuring stunning dance, gorgeous sets and costumes, all combined with Tchaikovsky’s evocative music this makes The Nutcracker the perfect festive ballet.

The Christmas themed ballet follows little Clara at midnight on Christmas Eve, as she begins a magical journey into a wondrous world of toys that come to life. There she meets King Rat, giant mice, and the beautiful Sugar Plum Fairy, who reigns over the Kingdom of Sweets.
